Wilhelmsen nears full ownership of Treasure with increased stake

Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA announced on November 28, 2025, that it has acquired an additional 864,817 shares in Treasure ASA at a price of NOK 39.50 per share, totaling NOK 34.2 million. This purchase raises Wilhelmsen Holding's total ownership in Treasure ASA to 199,805,013 shares.

Following this acquisition, Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA now controls approximately 97.60% of the issued shares in Treasure ASA. The acquiring entity is noted as a company closely associated with Thomas Wilhelmsen, chairman of Treasure ASA's board of directors, and Christian Berg, a board member of Treasure ASA.
