Wilhelmsen nears full ownership of Treasure with extended buyout offer

Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA announced today, November 28, 2025, it has acquired an additional 26,640,616 shares in Treasure ASA at a price of NOK 39.50 per share, totaling NOK 1,052 million. This transaction boosts Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA's ownership to approximately 97.18% of Treasure ASA.

Following this significant purchase, Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA is extending a cash offer at the same price of NOK 39.50 per share to all remaining Treasure ASA shareholders. Arctic Securities has been appointed as the sole manager for this offer, which is open until Thursday, December 4, 2025, at 16:30 CET.

Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA is closely associated with Thomas Wilhelmsen, chairman of Treasure ASA, and Christian Berg, a board member. The offer is subject to legal restrictions in certain jurisdictions.
