Wilhelmsen increases Treasure stake, extends buyout offer

Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA has increased its shareholding in Treasure ASA by purchasing 26,640,616 shares at NOK 39.50 per share, totaling NOK 1,052 million. This transaction brings Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA's total ownership in Treasure ASA to 198,940,196 shares, representing approximately 97.18% of the issued shares.

Following this acquisition, Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA has extended a cash offer to the remaining shareholders of Treasure ASA at the same price of NOK 39.50 per share. Arctic Securities has been appointed as the sole manager for the offer, which is open until Thursday, December 4, 2025, at 16:30 CET.

The announcement notes that Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA is closely associated with Thomas Wilhelmsen, chairman of Treasure ASA's board, and Christian Berg, a board member.
