SATS board chair transfers shares totaling NOK 134.4m

Hugo Lund Maurstad, chair of the board in SATS ASA, transferred 3,500,000 shares from his wholly-owned investment company, Funkybiz AS, to his private account on November 28, 2025. The transfer price was NOK 38.4 per share, matching the closing price on Euronext Oslo Børs on the same day. This transaction, executed outside a trading venue, totals NOK 134,400,000.

Maurstad's total shareholding in SATS ASA remains unchanged at 5,149,933 shares, held both personally and through Funkybiz AS.
