Aker Solutions secures substantial ConocoPhillips maintenance contract

Aker Solutions has been awarded a substantial six-year frame agreement by ConocoPhillips Skandinavia AS for brownfield maintenance and modification services offshore Norway. The contract, which starts in January 2027, includes an option for two additional three-year extensions. Aker Solutions defines a substantial contract as being between NOK 2.5 billion and NOK 4 billion.

The work will be managed from Aker Solutions' Stavanger office, with fabrication at its Egersund yard, and will also provide employment for offshore personnel. This agreement extends a long-term collaboration.

The contract value will depend on the volume of work performed. This order intake will be booked in the fourth quarter of 2025 within the company's Life Cycle segment.
