Oncoinvent insiders subscribe to 35m shares in rights issue

Oncoinvent ASA announced that primary insiders and their close associates subscribed for a total of 35,004,690 new shares as part of the company's fully underwritten rights issue. This subscription activity took place on November 27, 2025.

Chairman of the board Charles Gillies O'Bryan-Tear subscribed for 2,000,000 shares at NOK 0.50 per share, of which 698,691 were through subscription rights. Teakay Invest AS, associated with board member Ingrid Teigland Akay, acquired 607,118 shares for NOK 303,559. Abakus Invest AS, associated with chief executive Øystein Soug, subscribed for 600,000 shares for NOK 300,000. Board member Olav Hellebø acquired 200,000 shares for NOK 100,000.

Additionally, Hadean Capital I AS and HVentures Capital I AB, both close associates of Ingrid Teigland Akay, subscribed for 17,629,597 shares and 7,996,326 shares respectively, exclusively through the exercise of subscription rights. Anne Cecilie Alvik, head of quality assurance, subscribed for 40,000 shares, while Gro E. Hjellum, COO, subscribed for 100,000 shares. These transactions were executed outside a trading venue.
