Lea Bank names Henrik Betsgren as new chief financial officer

Lea Bank AB has announced the appointment of Henrik Betsgren as its new chief financial officer, effective no later than February 1, 2026. Betsgren brings extensive experience from senior financial leadership roles, having previously served as chief financial officer at Eika Kredittbank AS for ten years, where he managed financial strategy, liquidity, and funding. His background also includes a chief financial officer role at a Norwegian investment bank and various positions at Norsk Hydro ASA.

Betsgren holds a Master of Science in Business and Economics from Lund University and is a Swedish resident. He will be based at Lea Bank AB's headquarters in Gothenburg. Oddbjorn Berentsen, chief executive of Lea Bank AB, expressed confidence that Betsgren’s expertise will significantly contribute to the bank’s strategic journey.
