Drangedal Sparebank expands bond program, repurchases debt

Drangedal Sparebank announced an expansion of its senior unsecured bond loan, DTSB24 PRO, by NOK 150 million. This increase brings the new outstanding amount for this bond to NOK 250 million, remaining within its total framework of NOK 300 million.

In a separate move, the bank repurchased its DTSB17 PRO senior unsecured bond loan, reducing its outstanding amount by NOK 95 million. Following this transaction, the outstanding amount for DTSB17 PRO stands at NOK 120 million, well within its NOK 250 million framework.
