Aurskog Sparebank board member and related parties sell all shares

Wenche Kristin Haug, a primary insider and deputy board member of Aurskog Sparebank, along with her related parties, sold a total of 850 equity certificates. The sale took place on November 27, 2025, at a price of NOK 250 per certificate. Following these transactions, their combined holding in Aurskog Sparebank equity certificates is now 0.

The sale involved two separate transactions. The first, reported under Ms. Haug's related party, sold 350 equity certificates. The second transaction, reported under Øystein Haug, also a related party, involved the sale of 500 equity certificates. Both transactions took place on XOSL - Oslo Børs.

The aggregated sales resulted in a total transaction value of NOK 212,500, marking a complete divestment of the primary insider's and related parties' stake in the company.
