Xplora hits record Q3 revenue, EBITDA as subscriptions soar

Xplora Technologies AS announced its Q3 2025 results, with revenue exceeding NOK 510m for the first time in a single quarter, marking a 103% year-on-year increase. The company's EBITDA reached NOK 72m, a 133% increase from Q3 2024, reflecting an EBITDA margin of 14%. Gross profit also saw substantial growth, increasing by 122% year-on-year to NOK 263m, driven by the introduction of new product series with lower costs of goods sold and optimized sales channels.

The subscription base grew 36% year-on-year to 443k, yielding a 19% increase in service revenue to NOK 90m, corresponding to an Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) of NOK 358m. Year-to-date 2025, group revenues reached NOK 1.3bn, up 135%, with gross profit at NOK 685m (up 146%) and EBITDA at NOK 140m (up 169%). The company plans to leverage this momentum by expanding its product grid and customer reach, including an uplisting process from Euronext Growth to a regulated marketplace within 12 months.
