Techstep expands device lifecycle platform into Ireland and UK

Techstep has formally signed a strategic partnership agreement with Fonua, an IT vendor in Ireland, to expand its device lifecycle management platform, Lifecycle, into the Irish and UK markets. This follows a letter of intent announced in February 2025. The collaboration aims to enhance device estate management for customers by integrating Techstep's platform with Fonua's existing offerings.

The commercial model for the partnership includes a license price per device per month. Key milestones include the onboarding of the first two customers in December 2025, with additional customers expected in subsequent quarters. Fonua brings a large existing customer base in Ireland and proven expertise in mobile device services.

This agreement supports Techstep's growth strategy to expand its European and global market reach, aligning with its mission to be a leading mobile and circular technology partner. Techstep, listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange, reported an annual revenue of NOK 1.1 billion in 2024 and serves over 2,100 customers in Europe.
