Entra secures 10-year lease with Norwegian Building Authority

Entra ASA has announced a new 10-year lease agreement with the Norwegian Building Authority for approximately 1,400 square meters at Tollgaarden (Schweigaards gate 15), adjacent to Oslo Central Station. This lease is set to commence in the fourth quarter of 2026.

The Tollgaarden property, spanning 22,600 square meters, underwent a comprehensive redevelopment completed in 2024 and is now fully let following this agreement. The new contract underscores Entra's success in redeveloping and securing tenants for its prime urban properties.
