Silchester lowers Tietoevry stake below 15% threshold

Tietoevry Corporation announced on November 25, 2025, that it received a notification regarding a change in shareholding from Silchester International Investors LLP. Silchester's holding in Tietoevry decreased to 17,754,841 shares, now representing 14.97% of the total shares and votes. This crosses below the 15% disclosure threshold. The registered number of shares for Tietoevry is 118,640,150. The threshold was crossed on November 24, 2025.

Silchester acts as an investment manager for various commingled funds, including the Silchester International Investors International Value Equity Trust, which independently holds 6.3% of Tietoevry's shares. Tietoevry, which recently adopted "Tieto" as its new brand name, is a software and digital engineering services company with approximately €2 bn in annual revenue.

The company's shares are listed on NASDAQ Helsinki, NASDAQ Stockholm, and Oslo Børs.
