Norwegian Air Shuttle chair increases stake with share purchase

Dag Mejdell, chair of the board of Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA, has acquired 65,000 shares in the company through Nobel Partners AS, a closely related entity. The transaction, executed on November 25, 2025, involved a purchase price of NOK 16.5846 per share, totaling an aggregated amount of NOK 1,077,999.00. Following this acquisition, Mr. Mejdell and closely related parties now collectively hold 65,000 shares in Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA.

This acquisition represents an initial notification of a transaction by a person discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMR) and was conducted as an acquisition on the XOSL - Oslo Børs trading venue.
