Integrated Wind Solutions reports record €6.3m net profit in Q3

Integrated Wind Solutions ASA announced a record net profit of €6.3m for Q3 2025, marking a 19% increase from Q2 2025 and a substantial 141% rise compared to Q3 2024. Total revenue for the quarter reached €24.1m, a 42% increase from Q3 2024, though it represented a 15% decrease from Q2 2025. Group EBITDA grew to €8.7m, up 123% year-over-year, primarily driven by the strong performance of IWS Fleet.

IWS Fleet contributed €17.2m in revenue, with five vessels in operation by quarter-end. The sixth vessel, IWS Sunwalker, was delivered in September, with its first charter contract commencing in December. IWS Services reported €6.9m in revenue, a decrease from Q2 2025, attributed to the completion of an OSS project and lower activity in the transition piece segment.

PEAK Wind's net revenue was moderately lower than Q3 2024, though its net profit share for the Group was €0.1m before acquisition-related intangible asset amortisation. The company’s long-term outlook remains positive, with strong industry growth and a completed newbuilding program for its six state-of-the-art vessels, ensuring high revenue visibility and cash generation for 2026.
