SmartCraft completes share buybacks, nears program cap

SmartCraft ASA announced the latest transactions under its share buyback program, which commenced on August 27, 2025, and has a maximum consideration of NOK 35,000,000. From November 14 to November 24, 2025, the company purchased an additional 143,816 own shares at an average price of NOK 22.0611 per share. The largest daily volume occurred on November 20, with 32,685 shares bought for NOK 737,304.96.

Previously, the company had acquired 477,192 shares, bringing the total purchased under the program to 621,008 shares. These total purchases represent a cumulative value of NOK 15,353,553.89 at a weighted average price of NOK 24.7236 per share.

The program is set to continue until no later than the day before SmartCraft’s annual general meeting in 2026. This activity aligns with the company's commitment to enhancing shareholder value.
