poLight finalizes share capital increase after option exercise

poLight ASA announced the registration of a share capital increase with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. This follows a Board of Directors' decision from November 7, 2025, concerning the exercise of share options. The capital increase amounts to NOK 7,970.76, achieved through the issuance of 199,269 new shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.04.

This registration updates poLight's total share capital to NOK 8,510,739.12, now divided into 212,768,478 shares. The par value per share remains NOK 0.04.

poLight ASA, listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange, develops patented tunable optics technology, exemplified by its TLens product. This technology aims to enhance autofocus cameras in various devices, including smartphones and medical equipment, by offering features like rapid focus, compact design, and low power consumption.
