Okeanis Eco Tankers completes share offering, raises $115m

Okeanis Eco Tankers Corp. announced the successful completion of an offering of 3,239,436 new common shares at $35.50 per share, raising gross proceeds of approximately $115 million. These shares will commence trading on the New York Stock Exchange around November 21, 2025. Following this issuance, the company now has 36,129,436 common shares issued, with 35,433,544 deemed outstanding.

Crucially, because the offer shares were issued before the December 2, 2025, record date for the previously announced cash dividend of $0.75 per common share, these new shares are entitled to receive the dividend. This inclusion will result in an increase in the total dividend amount to be paid by the company.
