Telenor executives receive shares through compensation program

Benedicte Schilbred Fasmer, president and CEO, and Torbjørn Wist, chief financial officer, were allocated Telenor ASA shares on November 20, 2025. This allocation is linked to the company's salary substitute compensation element, with shares valued at NOK 147.92 per share.

Fasmer received 2,663 shares, bringing her total holding to 24,237 shares. Wist was allocated 738 shares, increasing his total to 26,838 shares. The transactions were executed on the XOSL - Oslo Børs.

The total value of shares allocated to Fasmer was NOK 393,910.96, while Wist's allocation amounted to NOK 109,164.96. These transactions reflect a direct purchase of shares related to an employee share option program.
