Panoro Energy declares NOK 80 million cash distribution to shareholders

Panoro Energy ASA announced its board of directors has declared a cash distribution of NOK 0.705 per share, totaling NOK 80 million for shareholders. The last day of trading including the right to this distribution is November 27, 2025, with the ex-distribution date set for November 28, 2025. The record date is December 1, 2025, and payment is scheduled for on or about December 10, 2025.

The cash distribution, approved on November 19, 2025, will be paid in NOK and represents a return of paid-in capital. Shareholders can contact Qazi Qadeer, chief financial officer, for enquiries.
