Tekna corrects insider subscription rights details for CEO, executive director

Tekna Holding ASA has issued a correction regarding the receipt and acquisition of subscription rights by its primary insiders, updating information from a November 18, 2025, announcement. The initial report incorrectly stated the price and total amount for chief executive Claude Jean's acquisition.

The corrected notification confirms that Claude Jean acquired 30,000 subscription rights at NOK 0.1258 each, totaling NOK 3,774.00, on November 18, 2025. This rectifies an earlier erroneous report of NOK 1,258 per right, leading to a total amount of NOK 37,740,000. Additionally, Yanick Fontaine, executive director of powder manufacturing, received 44,215 subscription rights on the same date with no price payable, rectifying an error regarding the reported volume of rights.
