Nordnet AB (publ), through its subsidiaries Nordnet Livsforsikring AS and Nordnet Pensionsförsäkring AB, net sold 33,036 shares in Circio Holding ASA on November 19, 2025. This transaction reduced Nordnet's consolidated holding to 7,174,219 shares, now representing 4.995% of the outstanding shares and votes in the company.

Nordnet's consolidated stake was above the 5% threshold prior to this disclosure. The current ownership distribution shows Nordnet Pensionsförsäkring AB holding 0.106% and Nordnet Livsforsikring AS holding 4.889%.
