Eiendomskreditt expands senior unsecured bond offering to NOK 700m

Eiendomskreditt AS has announced the expansion of its EIKRN31 PRO open senior unsecured bond loan, identified by ISIN NO0013682427. This second tranche introduces an additional NOK 400,000,000, significantly increasing the total outstanding volume.

Following this expansion, the total outstanding volume for the EIKRN31 PRO bond now stands at NOK 700,000,000. The payment date for this second tranche is set for November 25, 2025, with the bond maturing on June 16, 2031. SEB is serving as the arranger for this bond issuance.
