Jotun declares additional dividend of NOK 3,000 per share

Jotun A/S's board of directors has approved an additional dividend of NOK 3,000 per share, citing particularly strong results and high cash flow. This payment is in addition to the ordinary dividend of NOK 6,500 per share already distributed this year, bringing the total dividend for 2025 to NOK 9,500 per share.

Orkla ASA, a significant shareholder in Jotun, will receive NOK 438 million from this additional dividend. The payment to Orkla is scheduled for November 27, 2025.
