SATS continues share buyback, now holds 2.32% of own shares

SATS ASA announced an update on its share buyback program, revealing the acquisition of 2,034,269 shares at an average price of NOK 36.8674 per share between October 31, 2025, and November 17, 2025. These purchases were executed on Euronext Oslo Børs under a program launched on October 30, 2025, which aims to repurchase up to 3,500,000 shares for up to NOK 100 million.

Following these transactions, SATS ASA now holds a total of 4,726,793 own shares, representing 2.32% of its share capital. The accumulated value under the buyback program now stands at NOK 74,998,283.
