Oslo exchange updates special compartment listings for troubled companies

The Oslo Stock Exchange has released an updated list of companies placed in its "Recovery Box" and "Penalty Bench" special compartments. Barramundi Group Ltd has been in the Recovery Box since September 9, 2024. This compartment is for securities where issuer circumstances make pricing particularly uncertain.

The Penalty Bench, for issuers failing to comply with rules, currently lists five companies. Solis Bond Company DAC has been on the Penalty Bench since May 2, 2024, and Barramundi Group Ltd. since June 3, 2024. More recent additions include Hynion AS (June 2, 2025), Coburn Resources Pty (June 27, 2025), and Grøntvedt AS (July 1, 2025).

Companies are removed from the Penalty Bench once the violation of rules leading to their allocation has been corrected.
