Oslo Exchange updates 'recovery box,' 'penalty bench' listings

The Oslo Børs has released an updated list of companies placed in its "Recovery Box" and "Penalty Bench" compartments, indicating increased uncertainty or rule non-compliance. Barramundi Group Ltd is currently the sole company in the Recovery Box, having been placed there since September 9, 2024. This designation signifies that the issuer is subject to circumstances making securities pricing particularly uncertain.

The "Penalty Bench" lists five companies, including Barramundi Group Ltd, which has been on this list since June 3, 2024. Solis Bond Company DAC joined the Penalty Bench on May 2, 2024. Hynion AS, Coburn Resources Pty, and Grøntvedt AS were more recent additions, placed on the bench on June 2, 2025, June 27, 2025, and July 1, 2025, respectively.

Placement on the Penalty Bench indicates that the issuer has failed to comply with exchange rules. Companies remain on the Penalty Bench until the violation is corrected.
