Oslo Exchange flags Barramundi Group and others for recovery box, penalty bench

The Oslo Børs has released its latest update on companies placed in its "Recovery Box" and "Penalty Bench" compartments, indicating heightened risk or non-compliance. Barramundi Group Ltd has been in the Recovery Box since September 9, 2024. This compartment is for securities where issuer circumstances create significant uncertainty in pricing.

The Penalty Bench, for issuers failing to comply with rules, currently lists five companies. Solis Bond Company DAC has been on the bench since May 2, 2024, and Barramundi Group Ltd. since June 3, 2024. Hynion AS was added on June 2, 2025, Coburn Resources Pty on June 27, 2025, and Grøntvedt AS on July 1, 2025.

Securities remain in the Penalty Bench until the issuer corrects the rule violation. Similarly, companies are removed from the Recovery Box once the circumstances causing the pricing uncertainty are resolved.
