Oncoinvent ASA launches NOK 130m rights issue

Oncoinvent ASA has commenced the subscription period for its previously announced fully underwritten rights issue, aiming to raise gross proceeds of NOK 130 million. The subscription period began on November 17, 2025, and will close on December 1, 2025. Existing shareholders as of November 11, 2025, were granted 1.65984504401679 tradable subscription rights for each existing share, rounded down. Each right allows subscription for one offer share at a price of NOK 0.50.

The 260,000,000 offer shares are approved for listing on the Oslo Stock Exchange, along with 117,554,012 merger shares and 31,200,000 underwriting commission shares. Subscription rights are tradable on the Oslo Stock Exchange from November 17, 2025, until November 25, 2025. Unexercised or unsold rights will lapse without compensation.

The entire NOK 130 million rights issue is underwritten by a consortium of large shareholders and external underwriters. Payment for offer shares is due December 8, 2025, with issuance and trading on the Oslo Stock Exchange expected around December 10, 2025, pending an extraordinary general meeting on December 5, 2025. ABG Sundal Collier ASA and DNB Carnegie are acting as managers for the issue.
