Barramundi Group, others on Oslo Exchange's recovery box and penalty bench

The Oslo Stock Exchange has released an update on companies placed in its "Recovery Box" and "Penalty Bench" compartments. Barramundi Group Ltd is currently in the Recovery Box, having been placed there since September 9, 2024. This compartment is for securities where issuer circumstances create significant pricing uncertainty.

The Penalty Bench, for issuers failing to comply with exchange rules, currently lists five companies. Solis Bond Company DAC has been on the Penalty Bench since May 2, 2024, and Barramundi Group Ltd. since June 3, 2024. Additionally, Hynion AS joined on June 2, 2025, Coburn Resources Pty on June 27, 2025, and Grøntvedt AS on July 1, 2025.

Removal from the Penalty Bench occurs once the issuer rectifies the rule violation.
