Bouvet ASA declares additional dividend, bringing total for 2024 to NOK 3.70

Bouvet ASA has declared an additional dividend of NOK 0.70 per share. Shares will trade ex-dividend from November 13, 2025. This supplemental distribution brings the total dividend for the 2024 financial year to NOK 3.70 per share.

The payment date for this additional dividend is scheduled for November 24, 2025. This information is considered disclosure under the Norwegian Securities Trading Act Section 5-12.
