Telenor issues new NOK 4 bn bond with 4.945% coupon

Telenor ASA has successfully completed a new bond issuance totaling NOK 4,000,000,000 under its Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) program. The bond carries a fixed coupon rate of 4.945% and matures on November 21, 2035, with settlement occurring on November 21, 2025.

The proceeds from this issuance are earmarked for general corporate purposes, including the refinancing of existing debt, reflecting the company's proactive approach to capital management. The new bond will be listed on the Oslo Børs. SEB acted as the arranger for the transaction.
