SpareBank 1 Ringerike Hadeland distributes equity certificates to employees

SpareBank 1 Ringerike Hadeland announced today the distribution of 2,512 equity certificates from its own holdings to employees participating in the bank's savings program. The distribution was executed at a price of NOK 385.2 per equity certificate.

Following this transaction, the bank's remaining ownership stands at 2,749 equity certificates, representing 0.02% of the total outstanding equity certificates. In total, 7,282 equity certificates have been distributed through this specific employee savings program.
