Entra secures 10-year lease with Tide AS for Bergen transport hub property

Entra ASA has signed a ten-year lease contract with Tide AS for approximately 2,000 square meters at Kaigaten 9 in Bergen. The lease is set to commence in the third quarter of 2027, following a scheduled refurbishment of the property. This agreement enhances Entra's portfolio in key Norwegian locations.

Kaigaten 9 is a substantial 10,000 square meter property strategically located in Bergen’s most central transport hub. The upcoming refurbishment, expected to be completed in 2027, aims to modernize the premises and cater to the evolving needs of its tenants.
