Hexagon Composites announces CFO departure, interim successor appointed

Hexagon Composites ASA announced today, November 11, 2025, that David Bandele, cfo since 2014, has decided to pursue external opportunities. During his decade with Hexagon, Bandele played a crucial role in various growth phases and acquisitions, notably the 2019 acquisition of Agility Fuel Solutions. The board extended its gratitude for his dedicated service and commitment.

Eirik Løhre has been appointed interim cfo, effective today. Løhre joined Hexagon in 2021 and has served as evp corporate development on the executive team. He has been instrumental in the company's ongoing cost reduction program and strategic initiatives, including M&A and long-term portfolio alignment. Løhre brings extensive experience in corporate finance and strategy, alongside deep knowledge of Hexagon's core markets and operations.
