Bouvet board member increases stake

Tove Raanes, deputy chair of the board of Bouvet ASA, acquired 3,000 shares in the company on November 11, 2025 through her investment company, Trane AS. The shares were purchased at a price of NOK 59.73 per share, totaling an aggregate value of NOK 179,190.00. The transaction was executed on XOSL - Oslo Børs.

Following this acquisition, Tove Raanes's direct and indirect ownership in Bouvet ASA now stands at 19,950 shares. This disclosure is made in accordance with Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU 596/2014) and Section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
