Bane NOR Eiendom issues NOK 1.5 bn green bonds

Bane NOR Eiendom AS announced the successful issuance of NOK 1,500 million in new senior unsecured green bonds, structured across three tranches.

The issuance includes a NOK 500 million tranche with a 5-year tenor and a floating coupon of 3-month Nibor + 0.72% per annum, another NOK 500 million tranche with a 5.5-year tenor and a fixed coupon rate of 4.715% per annum, and a final NOK 500 million tranche with a 10-year tenor and a fixed coupon rate of 4.88% per annum.

The settlement date for these new bonds is scheduled for November 19, 2025. An application will be submitted for the bonds to be listed on Nordic ABM.

The proceeds from this green bond issuance are earmarked for eligible projects, as detailed within the company's Green Finance Framework, last updated in March 2024. Danske Bank served as the sole bookrunner for the transaction.
