Nordic Aqua Partners to hold EGM, discuss Chinese joint venture changes

Nordic Aqua Partners AS will release its Q3 2025 results on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, followed by a webcast presentation at 08:30 a.m. CET. The company will be represented by chief executive Ragnar Joensen, managing director Andreas Thorud, and chief financial officer Tom Johan Austrheim. The presentation and Q&A will be in English.

In addition, an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) will be held virtually on November 28, 2025, at 10:00 CET to approve amendments to the Articles of Association of Nordic Aqua (Ningbo) Co., Ltd. These amendments stem from negotiations following the EGM on October 22, 2025, regarding a cash injection of RMB 300 million from two new Chinese state-owned investors, giving them a 20% ownership stake. The proposed changes to the articles of association, attached as Appendix 2 to the EGM notice, require approval by a simple majority of shareholders.

Shareholders wishing to attend the EGM or vote by proxy must register by November 26, 2025, at 16:00 CET. The meeting will address the approval of the notice and agenda, and specifically the articles of association for Nordic Aqua (Ningbo) Co., Ltd., which will amend sections relating to capital contributions, board composition, and the transfer of control rights.
