Soiltech increases share capital following option exercise

Soiltech ASA announced on November 7, 2025, that its share capital increase has been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. This registration follows a previous announcement on October 31, 2025, concerning the exercise of 50,000 share options in the company.

As a result, Soiltech ASA's share capital now stands at NOK 1,076,650.51, divided into 8,281,927 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.13.
