Nordic Semiconductor executive increases stake with share purchase

yvind Strøm, EVP & BU head at Nordic Semiconductor ASA, purchased 4,000 shares on November 7, 2025, at an average price of NOK 133.60 per share. This transaction took place on Euronext Oslo Børs and amounted to a total value of NOK 534,400.

Following this acquisition, yvind Strøm now holds a total of 10,000 shares in Nordic Semiconductor ASA. This primary insider transaction is disclosed in accordance with Regulation EU 596/2014 (MAR) article 19 number 3 and the Norwegian Securities Trading Act § 5 -12.
