EAM Solar finalizes rights issue, registers new share capital

EAM Solar AS announced today the successful registration of its share capital increase with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises, following the conclusion of its rights issue. This registration formally completes the process previously detailed in stock exchange announcements regarding the final results of the rights issue.

As a result of this registration, EAM Solar AS's updated registered share capital now stands at NOK 20,320,980. This capital is divided into 20,320,980 shares, with each share holding a nominal value of NOK 1.00.

This disclosure aligns with the company's continuing obligations for entities listed on Euronext Growth Oslo and adheres to section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act, ensuring transparency for investors.
