SpareBank 1 SMN distributes equity certificates to employees

SpareBank 1 SMN has announced the distribution of equity certificates to employees participating in its savings program. These certificates were acquired by the bank on October 29, October 30, and October 31, 2025. The distribution was executed at a price of 190.01 kr per equity certificate, directly reflecting the employees' respective savings amounts.

Following this allocation, SpareBank 1 SMN's own holding of equity certificates has been updated. The bank's remaining treasury position now stands at 4,672 certificates.
