Mowi ASA declares quarterly dividend of NOK 1.50 per share

Mowi ASA's Board of Directors resolved on November 4, 2025, to issue a quarterly dividend of NOK 1.50 per share.

Shares listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange will trade including the dividend up to and including November 13, 2025. Subsequently, shares will trade excluding the dividend from November 14, 2025, onwards. The record date for this dividend has been set for November 17, 2025.

Shareholders can anticipate the payment date for this quarterly distribution to be on November 24, 2025. This information is released in compliance with the disclosure requirements outlined in section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
