Aker Solutions secures major ExxonMobil Canada contract extension

Aker Solutions ASA has signed a five-year enabling contract with ExxonMobil Canada Properties for brownfield maintenance and modification services on the Hebron platform. This significant contract, an extension of an original 2015 agreement, is valued between NOK 1.5 bn and NOK 2.5 bn.

The work, focusing on platform-wide upgrades and modifications, will be led from Aker Solutions' St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador location. The company has substantially increased its local staff from 100 to 350 employees in recent years, underscoring Canada's importance as a key market.

The contract will be booked as an order intake in the Life Cycle segment during the fourth quarter of 2025.
