Trond Atle Smedsrud, CEO of emerging businesses at Aker BioMarine ASA, acquired 6,500 shares in the company on November 4, 2025. The shares were purchased on Oslo Børs at an average price of NOK 85.72 per share, totaling NOK 557,180.00. This transaction increases Smedsrud’s total ownership in Aker BioMarine ASA to 19,789 shares.
