SpareBank 1 SMN buys shares for employee savings program

SpareBank 1 SMN announced today, October 31, 2025, that it has purchased 17,077 equity certificates at a price of NOK 186.99 per certificate. These certificates are for resale to employees participating in the company's 2025 savings program. Following this transaction, SpareBank 1 SMN's holding of its own certificates now stands at 58,084.

Further details regarding the savings program were previously communicated in a stock exchange announcement dated December 18, 2024. The authorization for the buyback of equity certificates was outlined in a resolution from the board of representatives' meeting, as per a stock exchange announcement on March 20, 2025.
