SmartCraft announces CFO departure, strong Q3 performance

SmartCraft ASA announced that Kjartan Bø will step down as chief financial officer on January 31, 2026, after seven years with the company. Kine Kragholm Olsen, group chief accountant, will assume the role of interim CFO starting February 1, 2026, while a recruitment process for a permanent successor is underway. Interim CEO Hanna Konyi acknowledged Bø's significant contributions, including the company's 2021 public listing, profitable growth, and several acquisitions.

The announcement also included preliminary third-quarter 2025 highlights ahead of the full report on November 4. SmartCraft reported organic Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth of 6.0% year-over-year. The adjusted EBITDA margin for the quarter was 35.6%, slightly down from 36.0% in Q3 2024. However, the adjusted EBITDA-CAPEX margin improved to 28.2% from 25.3% in the prior year's third quarter. The company affirmed that its medium-term targets remain unchanged.

SmartCraft, listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange in June 2021, provides mission-critical SaaS solutions to SMEs in the construction sector across the Nordics and UK, serving over 13,800 customers.
