Huddlestock Fintech to issue in-kind dividend of Done.ai Group AB shares

Huddlestock Fintech AS announced an in-kind dividend distribution of NOK 0.0238 per share, totaling approximately NOK 6,771,049.0967. The distribution, effective 3 November 2025, will be made in shares of Done.ai Group AB (publ.), with each 304.469 Huddlestock shares entitling holders to one Done Share, valued at NOK 7.2844. The number of distribution shares will be rounded down to the nearest whole number.

Shareholders must provide details of a share account capable of receiving and registering Done.ai Group AB shares by 1 December 2025. Those failing to meet this requirement by 31 March 2026 will forfeit their dividend rights without compensation.
