Aurskog Sparebank partners with Brage Finans for leasing growth

Aurskog Sparebank will become a co-owner in Brage Finans AS, a move that includes a distribution agreement for corporate leasing products. Established in 2010, Brage Finans is Norway's third-largest leasing provider and has demonstrated impressive growth. The investment is pending approval from the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway.

Evy Ann Hagen, chief executive of Aurskog Sparebank, stated the investment would provide access to enhanced products, enabling a stronger focus on the corporate market. This initiative aims to strengthen Aurskog Sparebank's position as a key partner for local businesses within its operating regions.

The collaboration is expected to simplify access to leasing agreements for local businesses in the Romerike, Indre Østfold, Follo, and Gjøvik regions. The move underscores Aurskog Sparebank's commitment to supporting the local economy by providing essential financial products.
