Agder Sparebank merger officially registered, creates larger entity

The merger between Agder Sparebank and Birkenes Sparebank has been successfully registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises, marking its official completion. Agder Sparebank is confirmed as the acquiring institution, and the newly consolidated bank will continue operations under the name Agder Sparebank. No new equity certificates will be issued as a result of this merger.
